John’s Walk

John's Walk is an inspirational journey on how while we walk through like maybe unknown to us there is someone that guides us on our individual path that is ours alone to follow. We all have a path, finding and knowing yours is a personal journey of discovery and with these stories maybe you'll discover yours.

The lesson works, even for the non-religious.

I really enjoyed John’s Walk. I’m not religious by nature, I consider myself more Pagan than anything, but the lessons in John’s Walk still ring true and bring a smile. No matter how hard your personal walk is, there is always a guiding hand. Whether that be a friend, a family member, a stranger, or some higher power that you believe in, you have to remember you’re never truly alone.

In this, the book succeeds with it’s message, without being wholly religious in tone to drive off non-religious readers. There were some spelling/grammar mistakes, but it wasn’t anything that distracted from my reading of it. If you need a reminder to smile through bad times, or that things can and do get better, this is a good book to pick up.

It’d not something I’d likely read again, but in a world of uncertainties, reading it brought a smile. And after all, escaping to another world through reading is kind of the point, isn’t it?
